It is hard to tell by the pictures but it is actually loads lighter in there - amazing what a couple coats of paint can do. We had extra helpers this weekend, Ann (Paul's Mum) and Alison (Paul's sister) came over Saturday and Sunday to help out. They did a fabulous job and we are very grateful for the help. Sorry that there are no photos of them working hard but it was one of the conditions of them coming!
